Will you incorporate my existing furniture/décor into your designs?

I believe furnishings are the cherry on top of the ice cream, and the wrong furniture can quickly sour that sundae. If it's a budget issue, I'd likely recommend a second phase of the project when the funds become available. But if there's a piece or two you can't part with, I love incorporating heirloom items into my designs.


CAN I PICK SOME OF THE FURNITURE PIECES, OR DO YOU TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING YOURSELF?

One of my favorite parts of the process is “furniture day,” where I present 2 to 3 room styling options. Together, we choose the pieces we like best.


HOW QUICKLY CAN YOU START WORKING ON MY PROJECT?

Your start date will depend on how many other projects I have in my pipeline. Because your project is my top priority, I'll never sacrifice its quality or efficiency by stretching my team too thin.


IF I NEED PERMITS CAN YOU FACILITATE THAT?

If your scope of work requires a permit, you will need to hire a general contractor and architect. I can help you find and oversee both to ensure their work lives up to your vision.


WHAT ARE TWO OF THE MOST IMPORTANT THINGS YOU NEED IN ALL YOUR PROJECTS?

  1. Trust: As a client, you must feel that you can trust me with your project and your money. With trust, you'll be at ease and confident in the care and quality of your home.

  2. Budget Agreement: If we agree on the budget at the beginning of the project, ordering will be smooth and efficient, with no misunderstandings down the road.
